Privacy Policy — TaxApp

TaxApp is published by Pai Digital (paidigital.site · Contact: paidigitalstore@gmail.com). Access starts with a 100% free 14-day trial (name + email, verified by a 6-digit email code, no credit card), then continues on a paid standalone plan. TaxApp is sold separately and is not included in the All Apps Pass.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: your name and email address, your plan or trial status, and sign-in sessions, stored in our Cloudflare D1 database so we can run your access on any device.
Email delivery: sign-in codes and account emails are sent through our email provider (Brevo). We store only a hash of each 6-digit code, with a short expiry and an attempt limit.
In-app data: the content you create inside TaxApp is stored as the app describes; many tools keep working data locally in your browser on your device.
Payments: paid plans are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How We Use It

Only to provide and secure the service: sign-in, access control, plan and trial emails, support, and product updates you agreed to receive. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content to train third-party models.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and email record at any time via /account-deletion or by emailing support. Data stored locally in your browser can be cleared in your browser at any time.
